Go to play online from the start up menu in ET. Here you can choose a server from the server list. On the right bottom you see a option where you can enable or disable Punkbuster. Before you go online first disable PB and the enable it again. Usually in your enemy teritory folder you have a config for each mod you have installed on your game (when you join a server with different mod it get automatically installed to your game). Your etmain config is your main config. It can be located in C:/Program Files (x86)/Enemy Territory/Etmain (depending on where you saved it, but usually located there for win7). If your config are not saved on the server your config in etmain will be executed.
for jaymod server your config that is located in Enemy Territory/Jaymod/Profiles/ETUI will be executed.
If you get a problem with your config or to prevent your configs acting against eachother, suddenly some of your keybindings change or something, you can easily prevent this by just making the same config in all your folders/mods. Copye your jaymod config and just paste it in to your other mod configs, then you will be playing with your conifg that you are used to. For each mod and etmain, you can paste them into Enemy Territory/"MOD"/Profiles/ETUI and just overwrite the config that is already there, it will be named etconfig (CFG file), remember to name YOUR config etconfig so it will always run. That way, you don't have to execute your config everytime.

Your XP and Level is saved in your ETKEY, so if your ETKEY disapears your level and xp will be gone.
Be sure to also save your config and ETKEY (that can be located in your Etmain folder -first page) on your desktop or send it to yourself in a mail in case you have to do a reinstall or something happens to your computer.

If you encounter a problem with PB, make sure you only have ONE file of PB.

If you were to loose your ETKEY, you can get a new one from http://etkey.org/, but then you will not have your level or xp.
